In October, Cabelte welcomed Councillor Elizabete Silva, responsible for Social Action, Youth, Environment and Sustainability, accompanied by representatives of Vila Nova de Gaia City Council.
The visit included a corporate presentation and a tour of Cabelte’s facilities and production areas, providing a closer insight into the company’s operations, industrial environment and role as a business with strong ties to Vila Nova de Gaia.
The meeting’s main objective was to strengthen dialogue between Cabelte and the Municipality, fostering greater mutual understanding and identifying areas of common interest with the potential to create value and have a positive impact on the local community.
For Cabelte, sustainable growth also means maintaining close ties with the local area and the people who are part of it. Dialogue with public authorities and other local stakeholders therefore plays an important role in identifying challenges, opportunities and initiatives that can contribute to the development of the community.
