(hereinafter CABELTE), we recognize the importance of processing your personal data, so we have adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security in the processing of this data. The controller of personal data is CABELTE, with its head office at Rua Espírito Santo, 4405-059 Arcozelo, in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, which defines the data collected, the means of processing and the purposes for which this data is used.

3.1 How long do we keep your personal data?
CABELTE keeps the personal data of the owners only for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purpose for which it was collected.
We will keep your data for as long as your company maintains a contractual relationship with CABELTE.
In the absence of a specific legal obligation, your data will only be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and for as long as there are legitimate grounds for CABELTE to retain it.
Once the maximum retention period has been reached, the personal data will be irreversibly anonymized (the anonymized data may be retained) or will be securely destroyed.

You may also object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you where there are no compelling legitimate reasons for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings.

In certain situations you have the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of your data, namely if you contest the accuracy of the personal data for a period that allows its accuracy to be verified, in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing but is still required by the holder for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in a judicial proceeding and also when you oppose the processing, until it is verified that the reasons of legitimate interest of CABELTE prevail over yours, as well as in other cases legally provided for.
- Right not to be subject to any automated decision
You have the right not to be subject to any decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, which produces effects in your legal sphere or similarly significantly affects you.
5.1 How can you exercise your rights?
You may exercise your rights free of charge, unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged taking into account the costs.
We will respond to your requests within a maximum of 30 days, except in the case of more complex requests.
