Cabelte – Cabos Elétricos S.A. is preparing to write a new chapter in its history, with an investment of over €150 million and the creation of more than 200 new jobs.
The project involves the construction of a new production unit in Ribeirão, next to the current industrial hub, representing a decisive step in strengthening production capacity and continuing investment in technology, innovation and sustainability.
With a modular warehouse of around 30,000 m² and seven new production lines, the plant will enable an increase of 30,000 tonnes per year in the production of medium and high voltage cables. This investment reinforces Cabelte’s position as a European benchmark in the sector and underlines its commitment to the industrial and territorial development of Portugal.
